If you don't like your item just send it back to us and we will give you a full refund! No questions asked! (within 30 days after item arrival)*

For exchanges we offer a one time exchange only for any item of equal price (within 30 days after item arrival)*

*Since we offer Free Shipping, for returns/exchanges shopper is responsible for return/exchange shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at finealpacaapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
